At Artiste, every label begins with a feeling. With Merrie Okie, that feeling expands into an entire world.
We are proud to introduce Merrie Okie as our newest featured artist—and the first mixed media artist ever to appear on Artiste labels. Her work marks a meaningful evolution for us, pushing beyond traditional boundaries and into something more layered, expressive, and alive…
Plants Are People Too, A Botanical Story by Olivia Joffrey
For the first time in Artiste’s history, we’ve partnered with an artist whose work doesn’t just live on the label—it expands the story inside the bottle. Olivia Joffrey’s botanical series, Plants Are People Too, is more than an aesthetic direction. It’s a reflection of California itself—its land, its agriculture, its contradictions, and its quiet beauty.
Timed with Mother’s Day, these three wines—our 2017 Chardonnay, 2025 Grenache Rosé, and 2025 Pinot Blanc—are bright, expressive, and alive. Wines made for spring tables, long afternoons, and the people who shape our lives in ways we rarely put into words. Our pre-release futures sale begins Sunday, April 19th, with wines shipping May 5th—just in time for Mother’s Day.
And on Saturday, May 9th, we bring it full circle. Olivia’s exhibit, Plants Are People Too, opens at Artiste, featuring original works—including the very pieces on these bottles. She will be in the gallery from 1–4 PM, meeting members and guests, giving everyone a chance to step directly into the world behind the wines.
Inside The Fire & Ice Collection at Artiste Winery
Some art reveals itself slowly — not in the first glance, but in the layers beneath.
That’s the soul of The Fire & Ice Collection, our new series of wines inspired by five of Sarita Reynolds’ mixed-media paintings. Each piece explores contrasts: heat and stillness, erosion and emergence, cooling stone and glowing ember — all tied together by a single idea: Excavation.
