Terms & Conditions (2026)
Membership Term, Billing, and Renewal
All memberships, except gift memberships (which last for the specific term purchased), operate on a month-to-month basis. Memberships automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.
Your membership will be billed on the second Friday of each month (“Charge Date”) for the upcoming month’s benefits, allocations, and privileges. By enrolling, you authorize Artiste Winery to charge the payment method on file on this recurring schedule.
Your first payment will be processed once these Terms & Conditions are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your membership, Artiste must receive notice at least seven (7) days prior to the Charge Date for the month in which you wish the cancellation to take effect.
All charges processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable, but may be redeemed for store credit of equal value. Failure to cancel within the required timeframe will result in the upcoming month’s charge being processed.
Account Changes
Changes to your membership account (including contact details, payment information, wine preferences, or shipping instructions), other than cancellations, may be made via:

All changes must be received by the applicable monthly deadline to be effective. Requests submitted after the deadline may not take effect until the following billing cycle.
Will Call & Wine Storage
Artiste is happy to hold wines for up to three (3) months from the release or pickup date. After three months, specific wines may no longer be available. In such cases, Artiste will replace bottles with current releases of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
Complimentary Tastings
Members receive complimentary tastings for up to four (4) guests per month. Additional guests will be charged the standard tasting fee. Artiste reserves the right to limit or revoke this benefit if it is determined to be abused.
Changes to Terms & Membership Benefits
These Terms & Conditions remain in effect for the duration of your membership. Artiste Winery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove membership terms, benefits, or conditions at any time, with or without notice. Any revisions will not apply retroactively to disputes of which Artiste Winery had notice prior to the effective date of the change.
