IMPRESSION

Blended with fellow winemaker and Chris Cornell fan, Mikael Sigouin of Kaena Wines, we assembled a wine intended to "scream like Chris". Aromatic high notes of wild cherries and triple berry compote are elevated by this wine's bright acidity and alcohol.  Baking spices, clove and traces of leather and black pepper are followed by an extremly long finish of blackberries and toasty cedar/spice.  We estimate this wine will cellar gracefully up to 2030.
