This is one of those wines I expect people to say “Well That’s Interesting”. They may not like it, they may love it, or they may be confused and unsure what to say. To me that is true art. I was called to make poetry in a glass. This image is as “interesting” and tantalizingly intriguing as this wine.
Like Frida Kahlo this wine has “Power with graceful elegance”. Grenache can have pretty, fruity & floral aromatics with soft tannins, whereas Syrah is very dark in color, boldly flavored and can be quite tannic. The two fuse beautifully together to make art in the glass.
Displays powerful aromas of a reduced stew of wild plums, strawberries and blood orange rinds, accented by dried green herbs, new leather, black pepper and smoked cedar. Dense flavors of cherries and ripe strawberries are finished by milk chocolate, dark plum and smoky cedar.
We love the Pomerol magic of Merlot with Cabernet Franc. These two varietals complement each other, creating rich and dense dark fruits, enhanced by dried herbs and spices, and graced by earthy minerality, all balanced by piquant acidity.
We blended a surreal assemblage of intensely aromatic and powerfully flavored wines fused together to create a bold wine with medium tannins and a long finish to help you sleep dreamily at night.
