Private Events at Artiste Tasting Studio in Los Olivos:

Private events at the Studio may be reserved on Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 11am - 8pm, or after public tasting hours from Thursday to Tuesday. For more information, or to reserve your private event, please email EVENTS.

Wednesdays: 11am - 9:30 pm (5 hours maximum)
Evenings: 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Capacity: 40 guests inside + up to 30 outside courtayrd

Price: $900 / Members $700
Facility fee waived with $1,200 minimum wine order

Deposit & payment schedule:

A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation
Balance due 7 days prior to event

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made in writing 7 days prior to event to EVENTS. 
If prior to 7 days, 50% deposit will be refunded on next business day.

Staffing:

Security site manager included in facility rental
Tasting and/or other staff available for pouring wine at $25.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.

Wine purchases:

Must use Artiste wines
Current availability wines 20% off retail or member price
Wines will be charged on an "As opened" basis

Music:

Artiste has Sonos sound system available for use
Live music is welcome, but subject to managment discretion

Catering:

Portable kitchens must be set-up at rear (and outside) at studio. Caterer supplies tent in case of weather. Rentals may be delivered the day before or the day of the event. Caterers and other event vendors may set up after 4pm, without disrupting the flow of public tastings. Caterers must break down events and vacate by 9:30pm.
